6 Month Warranty

All products sold by LostMyPods.co.uk include a 6-month warranty covering faults related to functionality and performance under normal use.

Our warranty covers issues such as:

  • Pairing problems

  • Charging faults

  • Audio or connectivity issues

  • Hardware faults not caused by accidental damage

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Physical damage or misuse

  • Lost items

  • Damage caused by improper handling or repairs

Items returned under warranty must also be returned in a clean and hygienic condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are excessively dirty or unsanitary.

Return Conditions

Refunds
